1.Returns
You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as undergarments or sale items, may not be eligible for returns.
2.How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
3.Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4.Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
5.Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
